Information on cash services

Dear Customers,

In order to increase the efficiency of its operations and to expand the availability of services in the digital space, AB “Mano Bankas” will no longer provide cash services at the Customer Service Department located at S. Moniuškos str. 27, Vilnius, from 02 September 2024 (from the date indicated, it will not be possible to deposit or withdraw cash at the Bank’s branch).

Please note that all payment operations will be carried out as usual, and you will be able to dispose of the funds in your “Mano Bankas” account by making transfers.

This notice is to inform you that we have updated the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank’s Agreements and Services set out in this notice. The changes relate to the aforementioned non-provision of cash services from 02 September 2024. There are also other changes of a technical nature that will not affect the provision of services.

The terms and conditions of the Private Customer Agreements are being changed, and you can find them at the Bank’s website at www.mano.bank, section “General legal documents” / Private:

  • Current account agreement,
  • Payment service provision,
  • Term deposit agreement,
  • For consumer credit clients only: General conditions for client services and provision of banking services, Conditions for payment services.

 

The terms and conditions of the Business Customer Agreements are being changed, and you can find them in the relevant section of the Bank’s website at www.mano.bank section “General legal documents” / Business:

  • For leasing clients only: General conditions for client services and provision of banking services, Conditions for payment services,
  • For credit clients only: General conditions for client services and provision of banking services, Conditions for payment services,
  • Accumulation Account Agreement,
  • Current account agreement,
  • Financial institution current account agreement,
  • Payment service provision,
  • Term deposit agreement,
  • Bank account agreement for keeping funds of customers of a financial institution.

 

The above-mentioned terms and conditions of service and agreements will come into effect on 02 September 2024.
