Launch of new client self-service portal

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that on October 14, 2024 we will introduce a new client self-service portal for both individual and corporate clients. We are confident that using the services of Mano Bank will now be even more convenient and enjoyable.

Due to data migration to the new system, access to the old onboarding system will be unavailable from October 7 to 13. This means that during this time, it will not be possible to update client information, add new internet banking users, change transaction limits, or order new bank services.

We recommend completing these actions before October 7. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties, please contact your Account manager or email support@mano.bank.

During the migration period, the internet bank will function as usual, and payments will be processed just as before.

To access the new client self-service portal, use the same address and login details as before: account.mano.bank/en.

Please note – the first time you log into the new portal, you will need to select “Forgot password” and create a new login password after receiving a link via email.

We continuously improve our products and services, with great attention to customer experience and data security. The modern self-service portal will allow you to conveniently order banking services, sign documents, and manage internet banking limits and users.

This is just the first step in the innovation journey of Mano Bank – we will keep enhancing the self-service portal by adding new features and services, enabling you to manage your finances even more efficiently.
