Report on a security incident
A cybersecurity incident occurred in the infrastructure of our service provider, who supplies virtual resource rental services, during which some of the bank’s customer data was encrypted. According to the information provided by the service provider, there are no signs that this data was exposed, copied, and/or transferred to third parties.
The incident was quickly detected and halted, data recovery tasks were performed, system security was ensured, and the bank’s services were restored. We have informed the supervisory authorities and the police about the incident. At this moment, all disruptions have been resolved, and the bank’s services are operating without restrictions.
