Daily banking and credit operations
All day-to-day banking and credit operations are operating as usual. We kindly ask you to perform your daily banking activities via our online banking channels where possible.
Also, if you have general questions about banking or would like an advice regarding your finance, we kindly invite you to contact us via phone or email. Please consider postponing your visit to the bank if you do not have any urgent banking needs.
If you do have an urgent need to visit us at the branch
Due to the increased risk of COVID-19 and in response to quarantine that has taken effect on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, we are working to temporarily reduce the duration of physical visits to the bank. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us about your visit in advance by:

Please let us know what banking operations you'd like to perform and when you are planning to visit us. We will then prepare all the required documents in advance to your visit.
Customer service hours on premises
We have shortened physical customer service time by 2 hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 15:30
Friday – 8:30 – 13:30
Upon your visit to the bank
If you do have an emergency banking operation and decide to visit us at the bank, we encourage you to disinfect your hands and use disposable gloves. For your convenience, we have provided the mentioned safeguards. In addition, please keep a safe distance from customer support staff and other persons on the bank's premises.
Remote customer support
During this period we pay special attention to remote customer service. We encourage current and prospective customers to contact respective staff who will help you plan your visit if necessary.
