We will transfer the money on the same day if you sign credit agreement with mobile signature or Smart-ID between 8am and 5pm on working days.
If you do not have a mobile signature or Smart-ID, we can send all the required documents via DPD courier to any location. In this case, we will transfer the money within 48 hours after signing.
You can choose to arrive to our headquarters at S. Moniuskos str. 27, Vilnius. Here you can sign the documents at your convenience. In this case, we will transfer the money within 24 hours after signing.
If you are having trouble paying your credit instalment, report it immediately to your loan manager.

How to use Smart-ID?
Download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store and sign up for an account with a mobile signature or through online banking. While using Smart-ID, you will be asked to enter the PIN1 code when connecting and the PIN2 code when confirming transactions (eg transfers).

4. Take a selfie.

You can attach payment-related documents while initiating payment through our online banking. Follow the below steps:
